About 100 people including foreign nationals, Japanese and kids joined the Summer Festival at the Plaza. Some of them put on yukata. All participants enjoyed the bon dance, the tosenkyo game, festival stalls, and origami. Volunteers took the participants to the Odori Park and the Clock Tower for taking pictures.
